Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or sent into production.
If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Once a product has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products.
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

your item must be undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it

it must be in the original packaging

you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not charge any restocking fee for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited within a certain period to your credit card or original method of payment.
You may keep the five bonuses even if you decide to return the product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is booked.
