Delivery Information

Standard Shipping (6–14 days): FREE

Please note: All delivery times are estimates. Depending on your location and the dispatch centre used, some orders may arrive sooner or slightly later.

No import fees apply to any of our deliveries, regardless of your country.

Processing Times

We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, before being handed over for shipping.

Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as your items have been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by your local postal service and may be placed directly in your letterbox.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification explaining where and how to collect your parcel.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard time frame mentioned above.
These delays are usually due to international customs procedures, which are outside our control.

If your parcel is taking unusually long to arrive, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered to the address provided due to customer-related issues (incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absent) or if the parcel is refused, it will be returned to the sender (KlariLux) at the customer’s expense.

These costs include:

  • return shipping fees

  • any additional charges incurred

This amount will be deducted from the total refund of the order.

Package marked as delivered but not received

Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
For this reason, we strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address.

If you did not receive your parcel despite the tracking status showing “delivered”, please contact us at info@klarilux.com and we will do our best to investigate the issue.
